The chilli farm was started in 2003 by chilli enthusiasts who moved from the city to a new start in rural Devon. We started growing in our back gardens, cooking in our home kitchens and selling at local farmers markets. We still produce our products in small batches and our chilli chocolates are still hand-made but we now do everything in a large barn on our very own South Devon Chilli Farm. We also grow chillies on a slightly larger scale – growing 100 varieties and harvesting about 10 tonnes each year.

We love all the subtle flavours on offer from our chillies, that’s why we use such a wide range in our products. We are also passionate about keeping our products natural and do not use any ‘nasties’ in the growing or in the cooking – if it doesn’t add to the taste, we don’t add it to the product.

Visit us for a great chilli experience. The farm is open to public every day from 10 – 4.30pm, and comprises of a chilli-themed shop and cafe, chilli display, and great views of the Devon countryside.
