Designed in a classic New England style the hotel has 22 beautifully appointed bedrooms. 5 opulent beach suites and a beachside restaurant and terrace that offer stunning views of the estuary. All of our 22 bedrooms are furnished to the same high standard but as you might expect with a boutique hotel they do vary a little in size and aspect. Given the New England style and our proximity to the sea it will be of no surprise to you that we chose to name our room categories after sailing boats.

If you are looking for something more luxurious than our J-Class room you might like to consider a stay in one of our five spacious beach suites. They are perfect for families too. Each has two en-suite bedrooms (one of which can be a twin room), large sitting and dining areas (which include two sofas), private balconies or patios and fully equipped kitchens

The restaurant is open seven days a week and welcomes young and old...families and couples...locals and visitors.
