From M5 South
Exit the M5 at J29 and turn onto the A30 towards Honiton. Remain in the left lane until the road takes you off the dual carriageway, signposted Rockbeare. Continue for 3 miles taking the junction on the left signposted ‘Broadclyst’. Follow this road for approximately 2 miles until entering the village of ‘Broadclyst’. Drive past the Clyst Vale Community college on your left driving carefully over the speed bumps. With the school on your left and as the road bears around sharply to the left take the turning on the right hand side on the bend. Follow this road for approximately 1 mile driving past the New Inn PH on your right. At the next cross roads turn left and driving into Burrow Hamlet only a few yards along take the slightly concealed junction on your right signposted ‘Silverton’. Follow this road for approximately ½ mile going over the small bridge. Burrow Farm is the first farm on the right shortly after.
From M5 North
Exit the M5 at J28 and turn right towards Cullompton. Follow signs for B3181 towards Exeter. Follow B3181 for approximately 7 miles passing through Westcott and later Budlake. Once through Budlake and after the bridge over the Motorway (which is signposted to Killerton also) follow the road through a series of bends and take the first left off the B3181 onto an unclassified road following a farm traffic sign (red triangle with a picture of a tractor inscribed). Follow this road going past Hay House then through a small crossroads. Burrow Farm is shortly after the crossroads on the left hand side.
From A303/A30
Exit the A30 from the dual carriageway past Honiton at ‘Daisymount' junction signposted to Whimple & Rockbeare. Turn right at the roundabout, under the A30 and straight on at the next roundabout. Straight Road to Rockbeare passing the National Garage. Continue for approximately 4 miles taking the junction on the right signposted ‘Broadclyst’. Follow this road for approximately 2 miles until entering the village of ‘Broadclyst’. Drive past the Clyst Vale Community college on your left driving carefully over the speed bumps.
